Job summary

Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, HI, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing unit and ensure safe, efficient patient care. You will supervise nursing and ancillary staff, collaborate with physicians and department leaders, and drive initiatives to improve patient and family satisfaction.

The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and leadership experience, with preference for a Master's. Location offers relocation options and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Two years acute care nursing experience; one year leadership preferred.
• Five years of technical experience preferred; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and retains a high-performing clinical team.
• Leads daily activities of a defined unit across shifts.
• Collaborates with physicians, staff, and leadership to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensures patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
• Conducts rounds and coordinates care plans with health teams.
• Manages staffing, schedules, and overtime within unit needs.
