Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Five years' technical experience preferred; leadership experience preferred.
• Two years' acute care nursing in hospital setting preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred; BLS required by facility.
• NRP, FHM, ACLS, and STABLE certifications required; TEAM/TEAM-A required.

Responsibilities

• Builds a high performing clinical work team through recruitment, coaching and evaluation.
• Leads daily unit operations, ensuring patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates care with physicians, nurses and staff; conducts rounds and oversees care plans.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, overtime, and throughput to optimize patient flow.
