Job summary

CCH Healthcare in Shelby, NC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee clinical operations during weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday, 7am–7pm). This leadership role ensures continuity of care, guides the nursing team, and supports residents on weekends.

You will supervise staff, provide direct resident care as needed, ensure compliance with state and facility standards, document shift reports, and coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-focused

Responsibilities
