Rich Square Health & Rehabilitation Center in Rich Square, NC is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on weekends. This salaried role requires an active NC RN license and a proven ability to supervise and mentor staff while ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will oversee resident care plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and respond to health changes and emergencies in accordance with established protocols.

As the RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team.
