Job summary

Rich Square Health & Rehabilitation Center in Rich Square, NC is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on weekends on a salaried, exempt basis. The role emphasizes supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care plans, and ensuring adherence to protocols to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

You will assess residents' health status, update plans, train new employees, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain excellence and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold active, unencumbered RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

As the RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.
