Job summary
Complete Care is seeking an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend clinical operations in a long-term care setting. The role features a 12-hour shift from 7AM to 7PM, every other weekend, with a focus on mentoring CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
You will partner with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes and oversee daily operations while upholding high standards of care. A NJ RN license and nurse supervisory experience in LTC are required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Active NJ RN license and extensive nurse supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
- Must have nurse supervisory experience in LTC and strong communication skills.
- PCC experience and reliable, hardworking work ethic are essential.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership in a team setting.
- Strong communicator with ability to mentor CNAs, LPNs and RNs.
