Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking an RN/LPN Nurse Supervisor to oversee weekend nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care in Passaic, NJ.

You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, address emergencies, and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff while demonstrating strong leadership and clinical expertise.

This role offers weekend shifts with full-time and part-time options, with compensation up to $93K for full-time and hourly rates for part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Active/ valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2 years of nurse leadership experience in an LTC setting.

RN/LPN NURSE SUPERVISOR Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure high standards of care for residents.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.

RN/LPN NURSE SUPERVISOR Qualifications:

• Active/ Valid RN/ LPN license in the state of NJ.
• MUST have 2+ years of nurse leadership experience in an LTC setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a long-term care setting.
• Communicative, hard-working, reliable
• Team mindset, strong clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

SHIFT OPTIONS:

• Evening 3pm - 11pm (Second Shift Nurse Supervisor)
• PT Evening Weekends
• Part-Time 7a-3p Shift Weekends Supervisor

Rates:

• Full-Time Evening Supervisor (salaried): Up to $93K/year (approx. $44.71/hr.)
• Part-Time Weekends Evening Supervisor (hourly): $38.00 - $48.00 per hour (based on experience and licensure)
• Part-Time 1st Shift Weekends Supervisor
