Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for weekend shifts. You will lead and mentor CNAs, LPNs and RNs, coordinate clinical operations, and collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

This role is offered with weekend options (EOW) and all shifts, up to $47/hour, with competitive pay, longevity programs and growth opportunities across the network.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license + leadership experience
• Skilled in long-term care/rehab/SNF
• Strong communicator and problem-solver
