Complete Care is immediately hiring an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend staff in a 12-hour shift (7AM–7PM, every other weekend). The role focuses on supervising CNAs, LPNs, and RNs while ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license with extensive leadership and nurse supervisory experience in a long-term care setting, plus PCC familiarity.
Qualifications
- Active NJ RN license and extensive leadership experience.
- Must have nurse supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
- PCC experience is required.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver.
- Dedicated, hardworking with excellent work ethic and reliability.
