Barre Gardens for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Barre, Vermont is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. You will supervise nursing operations, support clinical excellence, and guide staff in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents.

The RN/LPN Unit Manager will oversee daily care, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans in a supportive, team-oriented

Qualifications

Current RN or LPN license in Vermont.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality resident care.
Monitor clinical standards and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
Provide direct nursing care as needed to support residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs.
Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote accountability and professional growth.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
