Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Staff Development Coordinator in Seymour, IN. The RN or LPN will lead clinical education, competencies, and quality audits, while assisting in hiring and fostering staff growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring.
• Engage staff to champion employee recognition and retention programs while advocating for growth and development within the company.
