Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Staff Development Coordinator in Seymour, IN. The RN or LPN will lead clinical education, competencies, and quality audits, while assisting in hiring and fostering staff growth.

The role emphasizes employee recognition and retention, with a focus on advancing staff development within the organization. The incumbent will champion CARE values, partner with Nursing leadership, and ensure educational offerings align with regulatory standards and resident care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Staff Development Coordinator Opportunity at Seymour Crossing!

RN Or LPN Required

The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting with new employee hiring. This role requires a high level of engagement with staff to champion employee recognition and retention programs while serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company.

Requirements


  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
