Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead education, training, and competency programs for our Indiana facility. The role involves clinical observations, quality assurance tools, and supporting onboarding alongside the Director of Nursing Services.

You will champion staff engagement, recognition, and ongoing professional growth, while upholding CARE values and building a supportive environment for residents and team members.

Qualifications

• RN license required in Indiana or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Strong education, training, and leadership abilities in a senior care setting.
• Ability to monitor, analyze trends to identify educational opportunities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead education, skills competencies, and training programs for staff.
• Perform clinical observations and quality assurance audits as directed by Nursing Director.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding processes.
• Promote staff engagement, recognition, and development within the organization.
