Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Rosewalk Village Indy is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead education, competency assessments, and clinical training across the nursing team. You’ll drive staff development, support new-hire onboarding, and champion recognition programs.

Collaborating with the Director of Nursing Services, you’ll monitor quality assurance tools, analyze training data, and promote growth opportunities while upholding CARE values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead education, skills competencies, training, and clinical observations as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding processes.
• Engage staff to champion recognition and retention programs.
• Serve as growth and development advocate within the company.
