Job summary

Rosewalk Village Indy, part of American Senior Communities, is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) in Indianapolis. The role focuses on education, clinical observations, and quality audits under the Director of Nursing Services.

You will drive staff engagement, recognition, and retention while supporting growth opportunities for team members and residents. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with Indiana RN licensure (or ability to obtain) and a commitment

• Leadership: ability to lead and motivate others to follow infection prevention practices.
• Data Management and Analysis: monitor, track, audit, analyze data and trends for educational opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and onboarding.
• Champion recognition and retention programs for staff growth and development.
• Serve as an advocate for residents and staff growth within the company.
