Job summary

Frankfort Terrace is seeking a Floor Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our nursing team in Frankfort, IL. You will provide compassionate clinical care, partnering with a multidisciplinary team to help residents achieve their health goals.

Qualifications

• IL license to practice as RN or LPN
• Prior floor nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility is helpful
• Experience with post-acute patients (cardiac, post-op ortho, medically complex) is ideal
• Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC)
