Job summary

Frankfort Terrace in Frankfort, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a dedicated nursing team. You will provide compassionate clinical care, work with a multidisciplinary team, and help patients reach their clinical goals.

New grads are encouraged to apply. This PRN role includes every-other-weekend rotation, orientation ASAP, and a supportive, family-like work environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• IL license for RN or LPN is required.
• Prior floor nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility is helpful.
• Experience with post-acute patients (cardiac, post-op ortho, medically complex) is ideal.
• Electronic medical records experience (PointClickCare/PCC) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate clinical care to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to reach clinical goals.
• Support patients to achieve their health plans and outcomes.
• Mentor new or junior staff as needed.
• Join and contribute to the floor nursing team.
