Job summary

Frankfort Terrace is a medical facility in a quiet neighborhood offering compassionate care for adults. The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) works with groups and individuals to deliver psychosocial rehabilitation and case management within a nursing home setting.

Shifts are part-time, with 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM options. The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and collaboration with the care team to support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and case management in a long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate therapeutic services.
• Offer compassionate support and companionship to adults in care.
