Rowan, Inc. seeks a Studio Nurse to deliver a safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experience. You’ll apply your nursing skills at Rowan’s Clinical Piercing Standard and guide customers through placement and aftercare while maintaining a celebratory atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs or LPNs with a customer-focused mindset, comfort with retail sales goals, and flexibility to work peak times, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly, team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in retail environment with sales goals.
• Obsessive attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create magical and memorable customer experiences by combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during piercing sessions.
• Ensure customer safety and comfort and smooth flow of care.
• Provide confident, clear, and professional communication with clients throughout their piercing experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care products.
• Maintain sterile and aseptic environment at nurse station and procedure area.
