Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an on-call RN/LPN for hospice services in Georgia, including weeknights (430p-830a). The role provides care in patients’ homes or care facilities, with a patient-centered focus and strong teamwork with the hospice team.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN licensure in the state of practice (GA).
• Experience delivering hospice care and patient assessments.

• Follow established policies related to the scope of practice.
