Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice Columbia is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) for Hospice Services on a PRN basis to deliver compassionate in-home or facility-based care in South Carolina. You will perform evaluations, coordinate treatments, document thoroughly, and maintain continuity of care within the hospice program.
