Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice in Georgia–NORCROSS is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide home- or facility-based hospice care. You will evaluate, coordinate, and manage patient plans, ensuring comfort and symptom control while collaborating with families and the clinical team.
