Job summary

Harborview-Health-System is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to lead daily operations in a faith-based, resident-focused setting in Tarboro, NC. You will supervise RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, while ensuring timely assessments, safety, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
