Job summary

Harborview-Health-System in Tarboro, NC seeks an experienced LPN Charge Nurse. We offer 8- and 12-hour shifts with Baylor, delivering medications, supervising aides, monitoring residents, and ensuring safety and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned
