Harborview Health Systems in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Supervisor for weekend shifts to lead nursing staff, oversee medications and clinical care, and ensure safety and continuity of resident services.

You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides, complete admissions and routine assessments, monitor conditions, document clearly, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team and families. We offer top pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in North Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise medications and treatments with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned
