Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our faith-based team in North Carolina. The RN will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, and ensure timely assessments while delivering care aligned with facility standards.

The role involves coordinating physician rounds, referrals, and comprehensive documentation, plus ongoing patient monitoring and response to changes in condition. We offer top pay and strong benefits in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support CNAs under the Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with the IDT to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans.
• Ensure baseline and periodic assessments are completed on time.
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds with documentation.
• Initiate consultations or referrals as needed for resident care.
• Handle medical documentation, evaluations and reports.
• Deliver nursing care within scope and facility standards.
• Monitor residents for changes and notify providers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
