Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate RN/LPN for full-time night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) to provide high-quality nursing care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure resident well-being in skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

This role requires active RN license, CPR/BLS, and prior post-acute care experience. The facility offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time RN/LPN, night-shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes to physicians.
• Supervise LVNs/CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide nursing interventions.
