Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate RN/LPN for a full-time day shift to deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. The RN/LPN will assess residents, implement care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include administering medications, supervising LVNs and CNAs, ensuring accurate documentation, responding to emergencies, and contributing to quality improvement

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians and team.
• Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per facility policies.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.
