Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare services in the Pittsfield, MA area. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling options are available, with a DOE pay scale and weekend differential.

We offer paid training, ongoing clinical support, and mentorship to help you succeed in providing high-quality home health care to pediatric and adult patients.

Qualifications

• MA nursing license required or eligible for licensure in MA.
• Health Certificate required by facility.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray in compliance with facility policies.
• BLS certification is required.
• Homecare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
