Maxim Healthcare Services seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one homecare in West Springfield, MA. Evening and overnight shifts available with per diem options. Pay ranges $48–$53 per hour DOE plus $2/hour night/weekend differential, with weekly pay and onboarding bonus up to $300.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current Health Certificate per facility requirements.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to support nursing care.
• Provide compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Perform other RN duties as assigned.

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one‑on‑one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients in the West Springfield, MA area. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with patients across a variety of acuity levels in the comfort of their homes.
