Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients throughout the Springfield, MA area. Whether you're an experienced nurse or new to homecare, Maxim provides the training and support needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have Massachusetts LPN license.
• Health certificate current as required by facility.
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• Homecare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interviews to identify patient needs.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Provides one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.
• Performs other LPN duties as assigned.

Pay: $38–$42/hr DOE + $1/hr Night & Weekend Differential

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
