RN – Homecare Nurse Evenings 5P-11P & Per Diem Overnights in West Springfield, MA

Pay: $48–$53/hr DOE + $2/hr Night & Weekend Differential

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one‑on‑one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients in the West Springfield, MA area. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with patients across a variety of acuity levels in the comfort of their homes.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior homecare experience is required.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to support nursing care.
• Provide compassionate one‑on‑one nursing care in the home setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Perform other RN duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• Homecare experience preferred but not required.
