Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare for pediatric and adult patients in the Springfield, MA area. Overnight shifts are available with flexible scheduling and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

You will receive onboarding, paid training, and ongoing clinical support. Benefits include weekly pay, competitive compensation, and a commitment to mentorship as you expand skills such as wound care

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• Homecare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Provides quality one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.
• Performs other LPN duties as assigned.

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses RN's) to provide one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients throughout the Springfield, MA area. Whether you're an experienced nurse or new to homecare, Maxim provides the training and support needed to succeed.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. No previous homecare experience is required.

Position Highlights

Flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
