Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients in the Springfield, MA area.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, plus full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities, are available with weekly pay and onboarding bonuses. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Provides quality one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.
• Performs other LPN duties as assigned.
