Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate LPN/RN to provide one-on-one homecare nursing in the Springfield, MA area, including pediatric and adult patients. RN/LPN licenses in MA required, with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem positions. Onboarding bonus up to $300 and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in Massachusetts.
• Health certificate required per facility policy.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• Homecare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interviews to identify patient needs.
• Assesses physiologic and psychosocial condition changes.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Provides quality one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.
• Performs other LPN duties as assigned.

Pay: $48–$43/hr DOE + $2/hr Night & Weekend Differential

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses RN's) to provide one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients throughout the Springfield, MA area. Whether you're an experienced nurse or new to homecare, Maxim provides the training and support needed to succeed.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. No previous homecare experience is required.

Position Highlights
