Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare for pediatric and adult patients in Sandisfield, MA. We are currently hiring for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling options available.

Whether you're an experienced homecare nurse or looking to transition into home health, Maxim provides the training and clinical support needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• Homecare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

LPN: $38-$42/hr DOE + $1/hr Overnight & Weekend Differential

RN: $48-$53/hr DOE + $2/hr Overnight & Weekend Differential
