Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Nurse to deliver safe, clinical ear piercing in a joyful retail studio. You will work under the Studio Manager to ensure a clean, sterile environment and a memorable customer experience. Candidates with active RN/LPN licenses, strong customer care, and flexibility to cover shifts are invited to apply.

You will educate clients on aftercare, support sales goals, and help maintain Rowan’s Clinical Piercing Standards across locations. Training in pediatrics or piercing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Eligible to obtain a body art license or registration according to state/local laws.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, friendly and entrepreneurial team player with a passion for celebratory client experiences.
• Open to all experience levels; additional pediatric/ear piercing training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and joyous ear-piercing experiences.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations smooth and celebratory.
• Mentor and train new nurses while upholding Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standards.
• Ensure stations and instruments remain sterile and well-stocked.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan products.
• Maintain a sanitary environment following state and CDC guidelines.
