Job summary

Heyrowan's Rowan Piercing Studio is seeking a licensed nurse to deliver safe, joyful ear-piercing in a retail studio. You will combine clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere, guiding clients through every step from prep to aftercare.

As a Studio Nurse, you will maintain sterile standards, educate on aftercare, tailor piercing placements, mentor new staff, and collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license is required.
• Eligible to obtain or possess a body art license per state/local laws.
• Professional, engaging customer care approach.

Responsibilities

• Create magical and memorable customer experiences by combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Ensure customer's safety and comfort and smooth flow of customer care.
• Provide confident, clear, and professional communication with clients throughout their piercing experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote Rowan's After Care.
• Conduct a thorough ear evaluation to find the perfect earring placement and offer personalized styling advice.
• Maintain a sterile and aseptic environment at the nurse station and on the procedure tray.
