Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Piercing Studio Nurse to deliver a safe, clean, and joyful ear‑piercing experience. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will apply your nursing skills to perform piercings, guided by the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard and hypoallergenic products to ensure trust and celebration with every guest.

You’ll create memorable experiences by combining clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere, educate on aftercare, maintain sterilization and safety, and collaborate with the team

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License and eligible for state/body art licensing.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness and compassionate customer care.
• Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create magical and memorable experiences by blending clinical care with a celebratory atmosphere during each piercing session.
• Ensure customer's safety, comfort, and smooth flow of care.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients throughout their piercing experience.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care to support healing.
• Educate customers on aftercare and promote extra hypoallergenic jewelry for healing.
• Maintain sterile environment and proper sanitization of surfaces and instruments.
