Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Nurse to perform ear piercings in a safe, clean, and joyful environment. You will apply clinical nursing skills to ensure patient safety, educate on aftercare, and maintain sterile workflow throughout procedures.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs or LPNs/LVNs, comfortable in a retail setting with sales goals, and open to flexible scheduling. Training and career growth are available, with compensation described as hourly plus tips.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Eligible to obtain body art license per state/local laws.
• Newly licensed nurses welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, sterile ear piercing with clinical care and customer care.
• Maintain sanitary environment at nurse station and procedure area.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan's aftercare products.
• Monitor customer experience and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Flexibility to fill shifts and mentor new nurses.
