Rowan is hiring a Studio Nurse to deliver a safe, joyful ear-piercing experience in our clinics, applying clinical expertise to perform piercings with care and guiding clients through preparation and aftercare in a celebratory environment.

You’ll work with the Studio Manager to maintain sterile practices, educate clients on aftercare, and help achieve studio metrics. Newly licensed nurses with a passion for customer service and retail-style roles are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment with sales goals.
• Obsessive attention to detail and dedication to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences as a Rowan Nurse.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan’s products.
• Maintain sterile environments and follow piercing standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations smooth.
• Provide clear, professional communication with clients throughout the session.
