Job summary

Touchmark at Harwood Groves is Fargo's leading full-service retirement community, dedicated to five-star hospitality and compassionate elder care. We are currently seeking an RN or LPN to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will work 4 days a week with rotating weekends and holidays, enriching the lives of residents while ensuring the highest level of dignity and care. This role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, and ongoing skill development within a geriatric setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN or LPN license.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred/required.
• Geriatric care experience or interest.
• Comfort working in a team of nurses to develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
• Oversee care staff and support informed clinical decisions.
• Provide compassionate, dignified care and maintain resident confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safety and quality of care.

As an RN or LPN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Assisted Living Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Possess a current RN or LPN license
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to support the care team on the floors
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
