Job summary

Touchmark at Harwood Groves in Fargo seeks an RN or LPN for a full-time, 4-day workweek with rotating weekends and holidays. You will ensure residents receive dignified, high-quality care and work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Possess a current RN or LPN license.
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

• Help oversee care staff and assist in making informed care decisions.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Possess a current RN or LPN license
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to support the care team on the floors
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
