Job summary

Touchmark, LLC is seeking a Full-Time LPN in Montana to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a geriatric setting. The role includes a 7:00am–5:00pm shift from Sunday through Thursday with an On-Call Rotation, and includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate will hold a Montana nursing license, show strong teamwork, leadership, and a commitment to confidential, high-quality care for residents and their families.

Full- Time LPN

$7500.00 SIGN-ON BONUS

Shift: Sunday through Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm with an On-Call Rotation

(Schedule Subject to Change based on Community Need - Some Holidays may be Required)

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a current Nursing license in the state of Montana
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
