Job summary

Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck, ND seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to enhance resident wellbeing in Memory Care. The RN will partner with a team of nurses to design and execute individualized care plans, ensuring dignity and high-quality care for residents and their families.

You will support on-floor care, assist leadership with care decisions, and uphold Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity and compassion in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric setting.
• Ability to work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans.
• Assist in overseeing care staff and making educated care decisions.
• Willingness to continue learning and maintain confidentiality.

Registered Nurse (RN)

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Possess a current RN license
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
