Job summary

Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck, ND seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enrich lives by providing dignified care to residents in Memory Care. You will work with a team of nurses to design and implement personalized care plans and support residents and their families daily.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN license, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and a strong interest in geriatric care, with a commitment to confidentiality and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

As an LPN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Memory Care communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Possess a current LPN license
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident

• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to support the care team on the floors
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
