Job summary

Touchmark is seeking a Full-time LPN in Montana to enrich residents’ lives by delivering dignified, compassionate care. The role involves designing and implementing care plans under the supervision of nursing leadership, coordinating with a team of nurses, and maintaining a respectful, confidential environment for residents and families.

A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with a wage of $30.00–$35.00 per hour and an on-site schedule Sunday–Thursday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must hold Montana nursing license.
• 3–5 years of geriatric care experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and leadership qualities.

Wage: 30.00 - 35.00/Hr. DOE

Shift: Sunday through Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm with an On-Call Rotation

(Schedule Subject to Change based on Community Need - Some Holidays may be Required)

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a current Nursing license in the state of Montana
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident
• Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions

• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
