Job summary

RiverWoods Manchester is currently seeking a full-time RN/LPN to join our team for an evenings shift (3pm–11pm) on a 32-hour week schedule. The role provides direct resident care in a team-focused environment where residents are at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. A $3,000 sign-on bonus and a strong benefits package accompany competitive pay with shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college or nursing school.
• Experience in long-term care and elderly care preferred.
• Must hold NH RN/LPN license; CPR required; CEUs annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to form and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following policies and regulations.
• Document changes in residents' status and report to care team.
• Supervise and guide direct care staff and assign daily tasks.
