Job summary

RiverWoods Manchester is seeking a full-time RN/LPN to join our care team for an evening shift (3pm–11pm), 32 hours per week. You will provide direct resident care in a supportive, team-focused environment where residents come first.

This role offers competitive pay starting at $39.50+/hour with shift differential, a $3000 sign-on bonus, low resident-to-staff ratios, medical/dental insurance within 30 days, a 403(b) plan, earned time off and holidays, wellness programs, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited program.
• Must hold a NH RN or LPN license; CEU's annually; CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Performs professional duties in accordance with facility policies and NH Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to create and update resident care plans.
• Institutes care protocols including falls prevention, safety, and infection control.
• Assesses and documents changes in residents' status and communicates with physicians.
• Provides leadership for direct caregivers and assigns daily workloads.
• Maintains positive relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy; manages narcotics securely.
• Supports a positive culture for team members and residents.
