Job summary

Healthfirst, Inc. is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist (Clinical RN) to lead and support the design, development, and delivery of learning content across enterprise initiatives. The role partners with business SMEs and the instructional design team to ensure solutions meet needs and standards.

The position requires facilitating classroom and virtual events, updating content, and driving continuous improvement in learning processes while traveling up to 50% for onsite delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or social work is required.
• Previous experience as a trainer with SOP-based and multi-system instruction.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver learning events for enterprise-wide audiences.
• Serve as SME in design and development of learning content with business leaders.
• Maintain and update learning materials to meet criteria.
• Partner with internal teams to create and execute training plans.
• Collaborate across units to support change initiatives and drive training impact.
• Identify mitigation strategies for delivery challenges with business owners.
• Manage learning environments and assess knowledge transfer and application.
• Handle logistics and communications to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay current on unit policies and procedures.
• Leverage systems to deliver learning, record data, and generate reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes and evaluations.
• Lead meaningful change and process improvement.
• Create process documentation as SME.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
